Meirav specializes in providing audit services to leading companies, mostly from the technology sector, including startups, mature hi-tech companies, multinational corporations, and public companies traded on the world's various stock exchanges, such as the NASDAQ, the Canadian stock exchanges, the Australian stock exchange and Tel Aviv stock exchange.
Meirav offers rich experience in financial reports audits, compliant with IFRS, US GAAP and Israeli GAAP, as well as expertise in conducting additional special tasks such as audit financial statements for an IPO, auditing internal controls under SOX-404, carrying out Due Diligence, auditing and submitting taxation reports in Israel, and reporting to the Israel Innovation Authority upon requests.
Meirav collaborates with BDO offices in the USA, Canada, Australia, and European countries.
