Required: Accelerator Manager

We are looking for managers with previous experience in accelerator 
management to join the establishment and management team of a program funded by the Ministry of Economy and Industry and in cooperation with the local authorities in the south of the country.

The managers will bring the knowledge and professional experience they have gained to the development and encouragement of technological 
entrepreneurship in national priority areas.

Job components:

• Construction and management of the work plan
• Locating, sorting, and selecting the ventures with the highest potential for success in the program 
• Professional accompaniment of the ventures and matching of relevant mentors to each venture
• The accuracy of the professional syllabus according to the projects selected for the program
• Locating and connecting lecturers, advisors and mentors to the program
• Connections to investors, potential customers and follow-up plans

Requirements:

• Previous experience in operating a technological accelerator - mandatory
• Significant experience in business development in the worlds of startups, building partnerships and fundraising. 
• Ability to manage processes and hold a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High command of Hebrew and English
