Q: What are the different types of traineeship programs offered?
A. The firm offers training programs in wide-ranging fields of expertise, and one may train in any of the following clusters: finance, hi-tech, real estate, industry and commerce, settlements sector, etc. Each cluster deals with numerous small, medium-sized and large clients, while each trainee handles, during his traineeship period, diverse accounts. Further programs are available in advisory and risk management, internal audit, financial consulting and taxation.

A: Seeking and collecting information on traineeship programs is advisable. A. The firm is spread across 8 branches, from north to south of Israel. During the employee selection stage, it would be advisable to indicate your preference for the geographic location where you wish to work.

Q. I have been invited to the Assessment Center – how do I prepare?
A. The Assessment Center enables us to form an impression and evaluate the interviewee's suitability for the trainee's position from the personality aspect. One must bear in mind that we are seeking a wide range of employees and do not focus on a specific profile.
Try to arrive on time and in a relaxed fashion. This is your chance to obtain a first impression of the workplace and to raise questions of interest to you. See further details under Recruitment Process.

Q. I attended an interview and/or an Assessment Center but have not yet received a response. What should I do?
A. On completion of the selection process, each candidate receives a personal response - oral or written. If you have still not received a response, please contact the recruitment team through the contact channels shown in Question 4.
